Jumping Kids Inc. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Jumping Kids Inc., we’re in the business of making kids smile! We understand that plans can change, and while we do our best to be flexible, our policies ensure fairness to all clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable due to limited availability.
• Rescheduling is allowed; however, a $50 administrative fee applies if the request is made within 14 days of your event.
• No refunds or credits are provided if you cancel within seven days of your event, regardless of the reason (including illness).
• If rescheduled within the allowed timeframe, any payments made (minus administrative fees) will be credited toward a future booking, valid for 12 months.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
At Jumping Kids Inc., we do everything possible to keep your event on schedule. However, in rare cases where we must cancel due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to:
• Reschedule your event at no additional cost, OR
• Receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Weather Cancellations
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel events due to severe weather conditions, including:
• Severe thunderstorms
• High winds
• Heavy rain
• Severe snowstorms
If we cancel due to unsafe weather, you may:
• Reschedule your event for a later available date, OR
• Receive a full refund, including your deposit.
